Salt Water Wednesdays
Event Type:In-Person
Have you ever caught a fish but then not quite sure how to process it and turn it into the lovely filets you see at the fish market? Please join us for your monthly seafood processing workshop where we will learn more about our local seafood. Not only will you leave with a filet or shellfish for tonight’s dinner but also with the know-how to gut a fish you caught or shuck the oysters you gathered in the great pond. Our first workshop will highlight local oysters and clams where we will learn to properly shuck and will be joined by the owner of Honeysuckle Farm.
